Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years' progressive experience in industrial engineering focusing on manufacturing operations.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements to boost manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to eliminate waste and variability.
• Conduct capacity planning, scheduling optimization, and resource allocation studies.
• Develop process documentation: flowcharts, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Oversee equipment integration, layout changes, and technology adoption.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
