Qualifikationen

• Lean Manufacturing tools and Six Sigma methodologies; Green Belt certification is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in process mapping, simulation software Arena/Simio, and statistical tools like Minitab.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing and production processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new process technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and throughput.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses for proposed process changes and equipment upgrades.

• Monitor process performance using key metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Train and guide junior engineers and operational staff on process optimization techniques and best practices.

• Stay abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies in process engineering.
