Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering with strong focus on operations improvement and project management.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification highly preferred).
• Proven track record of successfully implementing significant operational improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic operations improvement projects.
• Analyze complex production and operational systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive sustainable process changes.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor operational teams on best practices and continuous improvement techniques.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project outcomes, performance metrics, and operational impact.
