Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering or operations management focusing on efficiency improvements.
• Lean Six Sigma expertise; Black Belt certification highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale operational improvement projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with experience in managing diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for strategic improvement using data-driven insights.
• Develop and implement comprehensive operational efficiency programs leveraging Lean Six Sigma and best practices.
• Manage and execute multiple process improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and successful integration of changes.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and measure improvement impact.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
