Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field and 7+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience with CAD/CAM and process simulation is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Design and implement new processes, systems and equipment.
• Lead and manage manufacturing improvement projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and apply lean techniques (5S, Kaizen, JIT) to reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions and process diagrams.
• Collaborate with design, quality and R&D to ensure manufacturability.
• Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations.
