Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial process engineering with project leadership responsibilities.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and redesign of complex industrial processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement lean Six Sigma strategies across operations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers and technicians.
- Conduct statistical analyses, root-cause investigations, and feasibility studies for process changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and standardize processes.
- Manage large-scale process improvement projects and ensure measurable results.
