A proven leadership record, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, and 10+ years in industrial engineering (with at least 4 years in management) are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field.

• Proven success in leading complex operational improvement initiatives and managing teams.
