Job summary

THE/STUDIO is a fully remote company seeking a Senior Creative Specialist to own the inbound engine and close opportunities with urgency. You will nurture accounts to maximize repeat business and collaborate with leadership to shape product workflows.

You’ll manage a high-volume pipeline with CRM discipline, engage in consultative selling, and leverage your knowledge of manufacturing and product development to map high-value solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recent, quota-carrying sales experience (Consultative Inside Sales experience preferred).
• High-velocity experience with inbound leads in SMB/tech/service environments.
• Proficiency with CRM workflows; Pipedrive experience is a huge plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills; comfortable on video calls to consult with creators and brand founders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full inbound sales cycle; guide inbound leads through the production journey and handle objections.
• Build and manage a healthy book of repeat accounts and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and fast, structured email sequences; ensure order tracking and post-sale follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Lead Gen, Production and Design teams to execute accurately and scale the process.
• Develop industry mastery in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Design, and Product Development to map high-value solutions.
