Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineering Consultant or senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex operational problems.
• Expert knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, simulation, and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assess current industrial processes and systems.
• Identify improvement areas in productivity, quality, cost, and safety.
• Develop customized engineering solutions and recommendations.
