Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineering Consultant to support Mahikeng-area operations in a hybrid role balancing on-site strategy and remote analysis. You will evaluate complex systems, identify efficiency gains, and implement practical solutions across functions.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years’ experience, and proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and data analytics. Collaboration with diverse teams and strong stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in industrial engineering, consulting, or similar.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process-improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing processes to identify strategic improvements.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and implementation plans for optimization and cost reduction.
• Design and document new workflows, systems, and best practices.
