Emeris Pretoria is seeking a Senior ICT Support to maintain and improve the campus IT infrastructure. The role involves monitoring LAN/WAN, coordinating server deployments, and ensuring security and compliance across systems.

You will supervise ICT Support staff, manage service desk operations, and mentor team members while liaising with vendors and stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services at the Pretoria campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Higher Certificate / Occupational Certificate Level 5 (NQF Level 5) in A+/N+ /MCSE / MCTIP.
• Advanced Certificate / Diploma / Occupational Certificate Level 6 (NQF Level 6) in A+/N+ /MCSE / MCTIP, advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years ICT Support/Service Desk experience.

Responsabilités

• Conducts daily checks on the IT infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN) to ensure uptime and optimal performance.
• Installs new servers and coordinates deployment of hardware and software within the campus.
• Oversees ICT Service Desk and ensures calls are correctly allocated and addressed timeously.
• Mentors ICT Supports and contributes to succession planning and staffing decisions.
