Emeris Pretoria is seeking a Senior ICT Support to manage daily IT operations, infrastructure deployment, and security compliance on campus. You will supervise ICT staff, coordinate service delivery, and mentor team members to ensure high service levels.

The role involves liaising with vendors, maintaining documentation, and contributing to tactical planning to support teaching and administration. On-site work with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Higher Certificate / Occupational Certificate Level 5 in A+/N+ /MCSE / MCTIP (NQF 5).
• Advanced Certificate / Diploma / Occupational Certificate Level 6 in A+/N+ /MCSE / MCTIP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain IT infrastructure daily checks (LAN/WAN/WLAN) and uptime.
• Deploy new servers and coordinate campus hardware/infrastructure.
• Enforce security patches and SCCM compliance across campus.
• Liaise with vendors for support and troubleshooting.
• Oversee ICT Service Desk and ensure timely handling of calls.
• Mentor ICT Supports and participate in staffing decisions and planning.
