Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in educational content development for digital and online learning.
• Proven experience designing and developing content for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM and adult learning theories.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and curate engaging digital learning content for online courses and platforms.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex topics into accessible learning modules.
• Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Develop content formats including text, interactive exercises, quizzes, videos and simulations.
• Ensure content aligns with curriculum standards, objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage content projects from inception to completion, meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Review and revise existing content for accuracy and relevance.
• Stay updated on trends in e-learning and educational content development.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior content developers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of content development processes and tools.
