Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design with a focus on eLearning development.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline 360 or Captivate.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning courses using industry-standard authoring tools (Storyline 360, Captivate).
• Apply adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and align with objectives.
• Develop scripts, storyboards, assessments, and multimedia elements.
• Manage eLearning projects from conception to completion, meeting timelines.
