Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of e-learning content development and instructional design.
• Experience creating multimedia assets (graphics, video, audio).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, courses, and training materials using industry-standard authoring tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and structure content.
• Write clear, concise, and instructional copy for e-learning modules.
• Incorporate multimedia elements to enhance learning engagement.
• Ensure content adheres to instructional design best practices and pedagogical principles.
• Create and manage assessment items, quizzes, and interactive activities.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on developed content.
• Update and revise existing content based on feedback.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Assist in evaluation and selection of new e-learning tools and technologies.
