You will provide expert guidance on organizational design, employee development, performance management, and change initiatives. This position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives on influencing business outcomes through effective people strategies and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable HR plans.
• Provide expert counsel on talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Drive performance management processes, ensuring fair and effective goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Lead employee relations efforts, addressing complex issues and promoting a positive work environment.
• Facilitate organizational change initiatives and support employees through transitions.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR, with a significant portion in an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Deep understanding of organizational development, talent management, and change management principles.
• Strong knowledge of labor relations and employment law, particularly in the context of KwaZulu-Natal .
