Job summary

The successful candidate will lead HRIS initiatives, ensure data integrity, drive HR projects, and collaborate with key stakeholders across IT, payroll, and HR to deliver efficient services and compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in HRM or IT or related field is required.
• Six or more years' relevant experience with at least two years in a management role.
• Experience in HR operations, HRIS, data management, testing, business analysis and project management.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft/SAP or SQL and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR data portals and systems including PeopleSoft and HRIS.
• Develop a comprehensive HRIS framework aligned with strategic goals.
• Plan and manage HR activities, budgets, and HR projects with stakeholders.
• Lead technology projects, assess priorities, resources and communications.
• Ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and testing of system changes.
• Manage performance of direct reports and ensure functional system training.
