Job summary

Watershed Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Roodepoort, Gauteng. The role leads HR operations across manufacturing and installation, handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll review and statutory compliance while driving B-BBEE alignment and youth development initiatives.

You will manage employee lifecycle processes, EE submissions, and YES programmes, ensuring accurate documentation, policy support, and proactive labour relations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' HR experience and strong knowledge of Employment Equity.
• Experience with B-BBEE compliance, learnerships, and youth development.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment process including staffing requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and processes.
• Ensure Skills Development submissions are done accurately and on time.
• Oversee Employment Equity processes and statutory submissions.
• Oversee B-BBEE compliance related to Skills Development.
• Implement Learnerships and YES programmes.
• Manage Labour Relations in line with legislation and policies.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and payroll review.
• Provide policy support and respond to employee queries.
