Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior HR Management or leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of South African labor law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
• Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational change.
