Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years as HR Business Partner.
• Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, preferably remote.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization, all while navigating the complexities of remote collaboration and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing expert HR guidance and support.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth, talent management, and organizational change.

• Provide coaching and counsel to leaders on complex employee relations issues and HR best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.

• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law, compensation, and talent management principles.
• Exceptional consulting, influencing, and change management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and advanced data analysis tools.
