Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to oversee daily HR operations and lead company-wide onboarding and employee training. The role requires an outgoing, confident communicator who can drive live onboarding sessions, explain policies, and assess understanding while retraining as needed.

You will build and improve structured training modules, convert policies into engaging content, and ensure AI-assisted work is accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Labour Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with progression
• 2+ years in onboarding/training delivery or retraining programs
• Experience turning policies into training materials
• Experience building structured training modules and facilitator guides

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-hire orientation and foundational training.
• Build training modules from policies, procedures, systems, and standards.
• Create presentations, facilitator guides, quizzes, scenarios, checklists, and readiness assessments.
• Use AI tools to support training development and material updates, with quality checks.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain confidential employee records and manage onboarding, probation, and offboarding.
