Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of generalist HR experience.
• Experience supporting business leaders and managing ER cases.
• Proven ability to build relationships with leaders and influence decisions.
• Experience leading HR projects from conception to implementation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of People Operations (onboarding, offboarding, engagement, performance management).
• Act as a coach to managers and primary escalation point for People issues.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organisational design.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for local vacancies and ensure timely hiring.
• Advise on employee relations and compliance with policies and governance.
• Lead change management initiatives and maintain employee engagement.
• Use data to identify trends and inform HR decisions.
• Oversee reward cycles and payroll support locally.
