Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a HR Generalist to implement and maintain HR initiatives at an operational level in cooperation with the HR manager to support strategic goals. The role focuses on attracting, motivating and retaining core operational talent through recruitment and selection processes.

You will coordinate training plans, assist with IR issues, manage stakeholder communications, ensure accurate HR records, and generate HR statistics to support compliant, data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Essential: Generalist HR experience in a Retail environment.
• Essential: Experience in IR, recruitment, payroll and HR administration.
• Desirable: Experience of working in a geographically spread-out environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, motivate and retain core operational talent through recruitment and selection processes.
• Coordinate and implement the annual training and development plan in conjunction with the HR Manager.
• Assist with management of IR issues in line with policies and legislative requirements.
• Coordinate communication with management, employees and the union.
• Maintain accurate HR administration and records with the HR department to ensure compliance.
• Compile, generate and analyze HR statistics and reports for informed decision-making.
