Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking an HR Officer III to work within our HR Store Operations department. The role is based at the Clicks Head Office (Woodstock) and reports to the Divisional HR Manager.

You will implement HR initiatives, manage recruitment, IR, payroll and HR administration across a geographically spread-out retail environment, with emphasis on compliance and transformation targets.

Qualifications

• Essential: Generalist HR experience in a Retail environment.
• Essential: Experience in IR, recruitment, payroll and HR administration.
• Desirable: Experience in a geographically spread-out environment.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection to attract and retain core operational talent.
• Coordinate and implement the annual training and development plan with the HRM.
• Manage IR issues in line with company policies and legislative requirements.
• Coordinate communication with management, employees and the unions.
• Maintain HR administration and records with the HR Administrator to ensure compliance.
• Compile, generate and analyse HR statistics and reports for the division.
• Support implementation of the BU transformation roadmap and drive performance culture.
• Resolve HR-related queries to deliver superior customer service.
