Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/Industrial Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and support staff and management.
• Oversee recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle employee relations including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Administer HR policies and ensure consistent application.
• Support talent management including performance reviews and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor laws and regulations.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate HR records.
