Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, guiding strategy, policy, and execution in Paarl. Lead a dedicated HR team, ensure compliant practices, and drive talent management and employee relations across the organization.

The role requires a Master’s degree in HRM/Industrial Psychology/MBA, 8–10 years’ HR experience with 3–5 in management, and strong SA labor law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or MBA.
• 8–10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of SA labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in agricultural sector is advantageous.
• CIPM or equivalent certification.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and develop the HR team to ensure service excellence.
