Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or Business Admin.
• Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with significant HRBP exposure.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decisions.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and agricultural context.
• Experience with talent management, employee relations, and OD.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS and analytics tools.

About the Role

Our client, a dynamic agricultural enterprise situated in Mahikeng, North West , is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support its growing operations. This role will serve as a key advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with strategic objectives to drive talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to implement impactful HR solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience and fostering a productive work environment within the agricultural sector. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience as an HRBP.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and its application, especially within the agricultural industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Experience within the agricultural sector is a strong advantage.
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Mahikeng .
