Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including the reservations team.
• Manage all operational departments: sales & marketing, housekeeping, front office, tour guides, leisure services, HR and finance as required.
• Manage budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Maintain and monitor quality standards across hygiene, health and safety compliance.
• Lead the hotel team to achieve departmental and overall performance objectives.
• Drive training, development and ongoing performance management of staff.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies and best-practice standards.
• Equip the hotel team to handle and resolve guest queries confidently.
• Manage guest expectations and resolve customer feedback and concerns.
