Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel management.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism is beneficial.
• Advanced MS Office literacy and Protel PMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency and service quality under the Hotel Manager’s direction.
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage operations with real-time guidance.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and staffing to protect service quality and financial integrity.
• Lead training, performance appraisals, and vendor relationships to maintain standards.
