Qualifications

• Must hold a trade qualification in mechanical fitting or heavy equipment maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with heavy machinery in construction/mining sectors.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and related components.
• Ability to read mechanical and hydraulic schematics and service manuals.
• Commitment to safety regulations and quality workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections on heavy machinery.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, hydraulic, and braking systems.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble machine components.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and service manuals.
• Use hand, power, and specialized tools for repairs and diagnostics.
