The ideal candidate will have a relevant trade qualification or proven experience, at least 3 years maintaining heavy machinery, and strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical skills.

Formación

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on heavy industrial machinery.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, executing necessary repairs.
• Dismantle, repair, reassemble, and test machinery and equipment according to technical specifications.
• Replace worn or faulty parts, ensuring the correct use of tools and equipment.
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop and work areas.
• Record all maintenance performed, parts used, and time spent on each job accurately.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs.
