Job summary

Innovation Advance Group seeks a Groups Reservation / Ticketing Consultant to join their air team in Cape Town on a fixed-term contract from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2027. You will own your desk, manage accounts, and secure the best routing at the best fare for both groups and FIT travellers.

The role involves reservations, ticketing, invoicing on Quicktrav, and maintaining supplier relationships, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' ticketing and reservations experience, focusing on group travel.
• Strong fare knowledge and ability to find best routing and fare.
• Amadeus and Quicktrav experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations and issue tickets on Amadeus, including group bookings.
• Handle domestic, regional and international bookings with best routing/fare.
• Work on corporate and leisure bookings; invoice on Quicktrav.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships.
