Job summary

Helderberg Personnel CC is seeking an Air Ticketing Administrator to support efficient flight operations and group bookings. You will issue air tickets, manage ticketing prep, and coordinate post-ticketing admin in line with IATA guidelines.

The role requires Amadeus GDS experience, group air market knowledge, and strong numeracy. You will work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate, timely actions and service KPIs.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification required.
• At least 12 months experience with GDS systems (preferably Amadeus).
• Experience in the group air market and IATA ticketing environment.
• Travel industry experience and strong numerical awareness.

Responsibilities

• Issuing and distributing air tickets within defined timeframes.
• Coordinating preparation work for ticketing and post-ticketing administration.
• Processing re-issued tickets and refunds accurately and timely.
• Reconciling BSP statements and refunds with Air Team Leader.
• Handling group bookings with suppliers via phone, GDS, email, and portals.
• Interpreting and coordinating airline booking information via Amadeus.
• Raising ad-hoc supplier quotes and updating internal stakeholders.
