Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in power systems analysis, grid operations, or renewable energy integration.
• Proficiency in power system simulation software (ETAP, PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory).
• Strong understanding of power system dynamics, stability, fault analysis, and protection principles.
• Experience with renewable energy technologies (solar, wind) and their grid integration challenges.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess the impact of renewable energy generation on the power grid's stability and performance.
• Develop technical specifications and requirements for grid interconnection of renewable energy projects.
• Design and implement control strategies and protection schemes for grid-connected power systems.
• Collaborate with utility operators, regulators, and project developers to ensure compliance with grid codes and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to grid integration, system disturbances, and equipment performance.
