Qualifications

• 4+ years in a data analyst, operations analyst or reporting analyst role, ideally in mining, industrial, telematics or data-services contexts.
• Strong data-handling, validation and reconciliation skills with high attention to accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (advanced Excel essential; SQL, Power BI or similar advantageous).
• Ability to identify, investigate and resolve data exceptions and anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and compilation: Execute daily collection and compilation of operational data feeding the contracted analytics services.
• Validation and reconciliation: Validate data integrity, applying quality checks and controls before analysis and reporting; complete reconciliations on time.
• Analysis and reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and deliver timely analytics outputs for customers and internal stakeholders.
