Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or account management.
• Experience with government or public-sector clients.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• CRM proficiency and strong documentation.
• Willingness to travel within the province.
• Valid driver's license.
• Understanding of data protection (POPIA).
• Ability to work independently in provincial territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary provincial point for SAPS fleet under the RT46.
• Onboard new customers and fleet entities: account setup, card issuance coordination, user registration and training on card usage and controls.
