Based in Johannesburg, this hybrid role focuses on convenience retail and mining/industrial markets, building relationships with fuel retailers, convenience operators and industrial customers.

You will own end-to-end sales opportunities, manage a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and lead negotiations from initial engagement to contract award, while expanding recurring

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in B2B sales with quota attainment.
• Proven record closing complex, capital‑equipment or technology‑led sales.
• Familiarity with fueling infrastructure, forecourt/retail tech, mining or industrial equipment.
• Strong commercial acumen: pricing, margin, mix, attach rates and pipeline management.
• Understanding of South African B‑BEE and large contracts.
• Willingness to travel across Southern Africa.

• Deliver sales and revenue targets across new and existing accounts.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline with forecasts.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across fuel, retail, mining and industrial sectors.
• Lead complex opportunities from engagement to contract award.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and adoption of the portfolio.
• Grow recurring revenue via service, support and aftermarket offerings.
• Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams on solutions.
• Maintain CRM records, account plans and forecasts.
• Represent the business at meetings, tenders and events in Southern Africa.
