Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for a high-throughput energy trading platform.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Translate business requirements into precise technical specs for AI agents and developers.
• Review PRs from humans and AI agents for quality and architectural alignment.
• Collaborate with product managers and frontend developers on critical features.
• Promote TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD integration.
• Design and optimize database schemas across relational, key-value, and time-series stores.
• Apply secure coding practices and address vulnerabilities.
