Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with supervisory duties.
• Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and pharma manufacturing principles.
• Experience with tablet presses, encapsulators, sterile fillers, packaging lines is preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
• Lead, train, and motivate production operators to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Monitor processes, troubleshoot equipment, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch documents, and quality logs.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Planning for smooth operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Support process validation and contribute to manufacturing innovations.
