Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Geology, Geophysics, or a related Earth Science discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in exploration geoscience, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Expertise in seismic data interpretation and workstation software (Petrel, Kingdom Suite).
• Strong knowledge of structural geology, stratigraphy, sedimentology, and basin analysis.
• Proficiency in well log analysis and integration with other geoscience data.
• Demonstrated ability to assess geological risk and uncertainty.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a team.
• Experience in Mossel Bay, Western Cape or similar settings is advantageous.
