The role requires a master's or PhD in geosciences and 7+ years' relevant experience, with proficiency in Petrel, Kingdom Suite, and ArcGIS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Geology, Geophysics, or a closely related geoscience field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in hydrocarbon or mineral exploration.
• Proven expertise in seismic interpretation and structural geology.
• Proficiency with geological modeling and visualization software (e.g., Petrel, Kingdom Suite, ArcGIS).
• Strong understanding of basin analysis, sedimentology, and stratigraphy.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in the Southern African region is highly desirable.
