Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing or distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools.
