Placements24 is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production, warehousing and logistics in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will lead a team, optimize processes and ensure safety, quality and efficiency across all operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities related to production, warehousing and distribution.
• Manage and motivate a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training and performance management.
• Implement and enforce operational policies to ensure safety, quality and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency solutions to reduce costs.
• Liaise with sales and procurement to align operations with business objectives in Queenstown.
