About the Role

This critical role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective production and delivery of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, meeting stringent quality standards. You will manage all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, quality control, supply chain coordination, and team leadership, aiming to optimize operational performance and drive continuous improvement within the dynamic FMCG sector . The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in operations management, extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, and a proven ability to lead teams effectively in a challenging industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Manage production schedules to meet demand forecasts and ensure timely delivery of products.
