Job summary

Ad Talent is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong FMCG background to expand national accounts and drive growth across food service, manufacturing, wholesale and institutional markets.

You will lead commercial negotiations, identify opportunities, manage partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver revenue, profitability and market expansion in South Africa.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years’ experience in FMCG business development.
• Strong knowledge of the SA FMCG market, especially food & beverages.
• Proven track record in winning national accounts & launching new markets/brands.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B growth across national markets and key sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing and contracts.
• Support launch of new manufacturing facilities with key customers & volume commitments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to hit revenue & market-expansion targets.
