Placements24 is seeking a Lead Consultant specializing in Financial Strategy and Performance to drive high-impact financial transformations from Randburg, Gauteng. You will advise on strategic financial planning, budgeting, capital allocation, and risk management, leading engagements that deliver measurable improvements.

The role requires a Master's degree in a finance-related field and at least 8 years of progressive experience in financial consulting, corporate finance, or investment banking.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in financial consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related strategic financial role.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, performance management, risk assessment, and capital markets.
• Proven track record of leading complex financial advisory projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagements focused on financial strategy development, business performance improvement, and profitability enhancement.
• Advise clients on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and capital management strategies.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including valuation, M&A due diligence, and investment appraisal.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital and cash flow management.
• Assess and advise on financial risk management frameworks and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial consulting services.
