Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• CA(SA), CFA or ACCA qualifications are highly valued.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial consulting, corporate finance or related analytical role.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, performance management and operational efficiency improvement.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading projects and managing client expectations.
• Familiarity with Mpumalanga's economic landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis including profitability, cost management and working capital optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies for revenue enhancement, cost reduction and improved cash flow.
• Assist with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
• Identify and drive finance process improvements (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash).
• Advise on financial restructuring, M&A integration and divestitures.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management with findings and recommendations.
• Lead project teams, manage client relationships and ensure delivery success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business operations.
