The role requires 6–8 years in financial consulting or related advisory work, CA(SA)/MBA or equivalent, and strong communication with senior leaders.

Qualificações

• CA(SA), MBA, or Master''s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in financial consulting, corporate finance, or advisory roles focusing on performance improvement.
• Proven track record of leading successful financial optimization projects.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, management accounting, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment in Mahikeng.
