Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, focused on financial services.
- Proven track record leading complex strategy projects with measurable impact.
- Deep understanding of banking, insurance, asset management, and fintech.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for financial services clients.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and feasibility studies.
- Advise C-suite executives on strategy, M&A, and divestitures.
- Develop business cases and financial models to support recommendations.
- Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate strategic workshops and client presentations.
- Identify opportunities for new service offerings and business development.
- Mentor and coach junior consulting staff.
