Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to embed within the Executive team as a key financial partner to the CEO's office, Legal, People and Reward. You will lead monthly reporting, the annual budget, and rolling outlooks while driving strategic decision support and cash flow optimisation.

Reporting to the Head of Group Financial Planning, you will collaborate with FP&A, Capital Markets and Investor Relations, and mentor a Finance Business Partner to raise consistency in Group Ops

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in accounting or a finance business partnering role.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience across Outlook cycles.
• Proactive drive for continuous improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted finance partner to key Group Operations functions.
• Translate business strategy into financial plans through budgets and outlooks.
• Provide strategic financial support and identify risks with mitigations.
• Monitor monthly spend against budget and support cash flow.
• Mentor and guide the Finance Business Partner across Group Ops.
